Aged for years, this traditional balsamic vinegar is slowly handcrafted at an heirloom estate in Reggio Emilia, Italy. Trebbiano grapes, reduced by cooking the must topped off in multiple wood barrels of varying sizes and woods like oak, cherry, chestnut, juniper and mulberry to chime a bittersweet perfection of a past dowry.
Extra aging, minimun aging of 12 years.
Uses: fish, met, cheese, rice, omelets, pasta
