Truffle Cheeseburger Corndogs

Batistini Farms Cheeseburger Corndog Recipe


1/4 cup Batistini Farms Truffle Olive Oil
2 cup cornmeal
1 1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cup ground beef
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
optional: 1 tsp paprika
6-8 Slices of provolone or cheddar cheese
2 cups of Batistini Farms Classic Olive Oil (for frying)


In a large bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, Batistini Farms Truffle Olive Oil, sugar, egg, salt, pepper, baking powder, and paprika. In a separate bowl, combine beef, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 

Depending on size you make the beef rolls, you can pre-cook them at 350 F for 10 minutes. 

Wrap in the cheese of your choice. Deep in a fry pan, with Batistini Farms Classic Olive Oil, for 1-3 minutes (or until nicely golden).
