Simple, No Bake Chewy Granola Bars
1/2 cup Almond Butter
1/4 cup Batistini Farms Classic Olive Oil
1/3 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
1 cup Rolled Oats
1 cup Your Favorite Superfood (i.e. dried cranberries, dates, crushed almonds, chia seeds, etc.)
In a small pot over medium low heat, combine the almond butter, Batistini Farms Classic Olive Oil, and honey. Stir continuously until the almond butter has melted.
In a separate bowl, mix together the rolled oats, chocolate chips, and your desired superfood.
Combine the almond butter mixture into the oats mix. Stir together until the almond butter mixture is evenly distributed.
Line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper. Pour your oatmeal mixture into the pan, pat down into the pan, and place in freezer for ~2 hours. Then cut into your desired size granola bars, and store in refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
