Simple Fluffy Chocolate Chip Pancake Breakfast

Batistini Farms Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegars - Simple Fluffy Chocolate Chip Pancake Breakfast Recipe



4 tbsp. Batistini Farms Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 cups Flour

2 tsp. Sugar

1 tbsp. Baking Powder

1/2 tsp. Baking Soda

1 1/2 cups Milk

1/2 tsp. Sea Salt

2 eggs




In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sea salt, baking powder, and baking soda. 

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs. Add in the extra virgin olive oil, milk, and sugar. 

Combine the egg mixture into the flour mixture. Be careful not to overmix. 

In a pan over medium heat, pour a little bit of extra virgin olive oil. Use about 1/4 cup of the pancake batter for each pancake. Cook one side until bubbly, flip to the other side, and cook another few minutes. 

For a full breakfast: serve with fresh fruit, maple syrup, and sausage.
