Ricotta Truffle Crostini

  

INGREDIENTS:

 

Ciabatta Bread (croissant bread)

Smoked salt

Truffle honey
Ricotta Cheese
Batistini Farms Dark Barrel Fig Balsamic

 

DIRECTIONS:

 

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Slice the bread, drizzle Batistini Farms Olive Oil on top, and lightly toast in the oven. 
Once at your desired crispness, top with ricotta cheese, drizzle with Batistini Farms 
Dark Barrel Fig Balsamic, truffle honey, and smoked salt.
