Israeli Salad with Summer Vegetables
Who doesn't love quick Healthy Summer Recipes that can be brought over into the Fall?
- 1/2 cup Batistini Farms Raw Apple Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Batistini Farms Organic Basil Olive Oil
- 6 of Your Favorite Vegetables
(We chose 2 bell peppers, 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes, 1 cucumber, 1 cup purple cabbage, 1 red onion)
- 2 of Your Favorite Herbs
(We chose 1 cup parsley, and 1 cup basil)
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1tsp. Black Pepper
Finely mince all of the vegetables and herbs into a large bowl. Add the Batistini Farms Raw Apple Vinegar and Batistini Farms Organic Basil Olive Oil into the bowl. Add the sea salt and black pepper, and mix well.
It is as easy as that to have a delicious, healthy meal! Can be refrigerated up to 3-4 days.
