Healthy Banana Bread
⅓ cup BATISTINI FARMS Classic Olive Oil
½ cup maple syrup
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (2 large bananas)
¼ cup milk or almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ¾ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with a little of Batistini Farms Classic Olive Oil.
In a bowl, beat Batistini Farms Classic Olive Oil and maple syrup together. Whisk together and add eggs. Whisk in the milk, vanilla extract, and mashed bananas, afterwards.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add flour mixture to banana mixture.
Bake for 45-55 minutes. Allow to cool 10-20 before slicing.
